As ZigZag continues to go from strength to strength, we are delighted to introduce four new members to the ZigZag team in London:
Lucie Custance has become our Head of Logistics. Having worked at Nissan, L’Oreal, Caterpillar and most recently as Head of Logistics at fast-growing sports retailer, SportPursuit. She knows the industry inside out from a retailer perspective and is an expert in supply chain improvement.
Peter Blackburn joins ZigZag as Commercial Director and brings with him extensive experience in cross-border retail and online marketplaces. Before ZigZag, Pete held several commercial leadership positions in eCommerce and SAAS technology businesses. He brings a strong understanding of the EU retail market, eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and a wealth of experience to the team having led the UK and European sales business at eBay.
Aarti Mistry is our newest recruit and joins us as Business Development Manager. Aarti has spent almost 20 years understanding the intricacies of fashion, logistics and ecommerce. Having started her career at The London College of Fashion, she developed her experience into becoming an expert in the complexities of logistics from her time at TNT Post and then most recently at Metapack. Aarti will work on ZigZag’s key accounts and manage our relationship with leading eCommerce platforms such as Magento.
Emily Gooday also joins us as Business Development Manager. Emily has a strong history of working within the logistics, retail and marketplaces sectors and is our specialist when it comes to helping retailers understand how ZigZag integrates with Shopify and Shopify Plus. Emily previously worked for Shutl and eBay where she managed over 30 different accounts across the globe.
