ZigZag launches paperless solutions & plugins

ZigZag Global, the leading returns solution for retailers has recently announced that it has further enhanced its paperless return label capabilities and launched a number of plug-ins for leading eCommerce and marketplace platforms.

ZigZag is now offering a paperless returns solution for its retailers via Royal Mail, Collect Plus and Hermes in the UK. In line, with customer demands, retailers can now direct customers to a portal where they can generate a returns label for a collection from home, a drop-off or a postal service without requiring a printer. Additionally, retailers can now fully move away from the need to provide any kind of label in a box.

ZigZag whose clients include the likes of Topshop, Topman, Selfridges, GAP and Banana Republic already has a number of paperless solutions across the 195 markets that it covers and will be making a big push in 2019 to add to its paperless coverage into other global markets.

Furthermore, ZigZag announced today that it now has certified and fully tested plug-ins or ‘cartridges’ for the leading eCommerce and marketplace platforms.

ZigZag’s retailers can now integrate ZigZag’s award-winning returns solution seamlessly into their Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, ChannelAdvisor, BigCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (previously known as Demandware) platforms. Through these integrations, retailers can reduce integration times down to a matter of minutes and offer a fully comprehensive returns experience out of the box.

Al Gerrie, ZigZag’s founder and CEO commented: ‘This is an exciting new development for ZigZag as we continue to push ahead with offering the most sustainable and customer friendly solution for customers with the widest range of services for retailers across the globe’.
