The award nominations keep piling up for ZigZag’s returns platform
The run of good form continues!
The wider retail industry has spoken yet again. ZigZag Global has been nominated for five more prestigious awards in recognition of some of the great innovations our returns platform has rolled out to clients this year.
With eCommerce sales spiking around the world, naturally so are return volumes. Our returns management solution is becoming more and more important for retailers to help eliminate the growing returns headache.
Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2020
The first two award nominations were from the Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2020. The awards are still aiming to put on a physical, albeit socially distanced, celebration on the 12th November 2020 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
“The awards are now into their 24th year, becoming the benchmark for supply chain best practices, attracting entries from across the UK and Europe. The awards are renowned for their rigorous judging process which also provides valuable feedback for entrants from our judges, with over 250 years’ experience.”
ZigZag is in contention for both the Retail Supply Chain Excellence Award, sponsored by DP World, and the Supply Chain Innovation award. Judges this year included M&S, Sainsbury’s Argos, Sky, Ford, Coca Cola, Harrods, Primark, Pets at Home and more.

eCommerce Awards 2020
The eCommerce Awards is becoming a ZigZag favourite. At last year’s event ZigZag picked up the Best Innovation in eCommerce Delivery & Logistics accolade for our paperless solution, albeit that time at a crowded ceremony. This year we have been nominated in three categories for our Dynamic Exchanges and B2B returns platform innovations.
The winners will be announced virtually during the eCommerce Expo & Technology for Marketing virtual 2020 exhibition running between 29 September – 01 October 2020.
Look out for the categories: Best B2B eCommerce, Best eCommerce Technology Innovation & Best Product at eCommerce Expo, and Best Innovation in eCommerce Delivery/Logistics.
