ZigZag makes The Latka 100 in the UK
At ZigZag we’ve been focused on helping retailers manage their returns for the past 5 years, having raised £5M+ including a strategic investment from Maersk to support our mission, today we’re helping more than 100 clients! We’ve grown to over 55 employees from London and beyond.
We’re excited to share that ZigZag has made it to the top SaaS companies in the UK in position #11. Each year, Latka analyses 10,000 different software companies around the world to select the top 100 in each country.
How We Ranked At The Top
The rankings are based on a combination of factors including how fast we’ve grown our revenue (ARR) and how frequently paying customers use ZigZag.
Many of our customers have been with us for years giving us a very low customer churn rate. Thank you!
Retailers decided to use ZigZag in more countries and ZigZag now manages millions of returns in over 130 countries worldwide. Latka looks at how many customers expand their accounts, and increase their ARPU as a factor in the rankings. ZigZag’s retail clients now include Selfridges, Topshop, GAP, Superdry, The Hut and many more.
We also released a number of Whitelabels of the platform with global carriers and 3PL’s who now sell the service to their clients.
