The award-winning project started with DHL eCommerce UK’s desire for merchants to experience the same user-friendly and flexible returns journey as they enjoyed utilising DHL’s unrivalled outbound service. Combining ZigZag’s software expertise with DHL’s extensive network, the returns experience is enhanced for all stakeholders, presenting a fully merchant-branded experience alongside fast and efficient reverse logistics services.
The awards judges were impressed with the speed of the project’s integration, which saw an unprecedented number of merchants added to the returns platform. In just eight weeks hundreds of retailers were onboarded with no disruption to operations and subsequent access to an improved customer journey, including enhanced client communications and the ability to provide the latest features in eCommerce returns, such as paid returns and product exchanges.
The ceremony hosted hundreds of renowned brands and professionals from across the eCommerce ecosystem. Al Gerrie and Matthew Jacques were in attendance to represent ZigZag.
